At Numa Nails & Beauty, we prioritize high-quality services and client satisfaction. To prevent misuse of our policies, we implement the following refund and exchange policy:

  1. No Refunds After Service Completion: Refunds will not be provided after the service is completed. Clients are encouraged to communicate their expectations during the service.
  2. No Refund or Exchange After Product is delivered and taken away from the salon in good condition
  3. Complaints and Corrections: If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours for an assessment. We may offer a complimentary correction, but we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Complaints made after 24 hours may not qualify for corrections.
  4. 5-Day Warranty for Material Failures: We offer a 5-day warranty in the event that the materials used fail, causing unexpected deterioration (e.g., chipping, lifting) not caused by accidents or improper care by the client. This warranty does not cover any accidental or involuntary damage caused to the nails by the client.
  5. Health Concerns: No refunds will be granted for allergic reactions unless evidence of a reaction from our products is provided. Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
  6. Booking Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
